Dear Alf,
As you know I was rather anxious about getting my carpets cleaned professionally for the first time last Friday in Hillside. I just wanted to say a huge thank-you for putting me at ease and giving me the confidence in you and your cleaning method to have you clean the carpets. We are so very pleased with the end result. I am admiring my carpet all over again and so relieved knowing there is no water saturation underneath or odour. It was amazing seeing the dirt lifted from the carpet using your technique and it is so convenient and easy to have you come out and clean the carpets so well in a reasonable amount of time and then be able to walk on them straight away.

It goes without saying that you will be hearing from me again in the future for further carpet cleaning as required. I can't wait to tell everyone we know what a great carpet cleaning method and service you provide. I will certainly be spreading the word and if they choose not to use you then it will be their great loss. Thanks so much again for putting my anxiety over protecting my carpets from damage that could occur at ease and I am so relaxed now about having my carpets cleaned by you more regularly. I also appreciated the education and helpful hints you provided.
